Futurum is pleased to announce that we have designed a new course to open up the skills of elicitation to a wider audience.
Elicitation is the art of using of conversation to subtly acquire information. Our new course will benefit anyone involved in sales, contract negotiation, wealth management, banking and finance, legal and compliance, senior executives, human resources and recruitment, journalism, law enforcement and more.
