Leadership Training

Our NEW leadership training to be launched in early 2020 has been designed for senior executives and those aspiring to reach senior positions within Industry.
Based on a military training concept and delivered by experienced leaders, our training focuses on teaching the effective use of command, leadership and management skills to resolve problems in a safe learning environment. Delegates will be immersed in scenario-based role play exercises delivered at a UK military training area.
The exercises are themed towards a corporate fact-finding mission to assist with capacity building on behalf of a developing nation. Attendees will experience the dynamics of working within the Contemporary Operating Environment (COE) and challenges this will pose.
Attending this course is not for the faint-hearted since it does not all take place in a classroom-based learning environment. It is built around a two-day practical exercise that is mission focused, interesting and challenging, but also enjoyable. Participants should not expect to be just working 9 to 5.
