Objectives

This course aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of:

  1. To understand the application, strengths and weakness of elicitation
  2. Provide knowledge, skills and techniques to discreetly gather information (elicitation)
  3. Maximising opportunities of the encounter

METHODOLOGY

The course will enable participants to develop their elicitation skills and will be delivered through a combination of trainer led instruction, facilitated discussion and practical exercises.
